[ 01 / Why it matters ]

Most school websites look exactly like every other school website.

01

Parents are deciding on their phones.

Three-quarters of school research happens on mobile. A site that doesn't look credible on a 6-inch screen loses the family before they ever read your curriculum page.

02

Photo galleries beat stock photography.

Parents want to see your classroom, your playground, and the children's actual work. We design around your real photos — not a license library a thousand other schools share.

03

Enrollment shouldn't be buried five clicks deep.

If a parent likes what they see, the "Apply" or "Schedule a tour" button should be one tap away on every page — not hidden under a "Contact" menu somewhere.

04

You shouldn't need a developer to post news.

Updating the calendar, posting a closure announcement, or swapping out a staff photo should take two minutes from your phone — not an email to a webmaster.

[ 02 / What's included ]

Everything a modern school site needs, under one roof.

Enrollment-focused design

Clear, persistent CTAs for tours, applications, and waitlists. Built around the actual decisions parents are trying to make.

Program & classroom pages

Infant, toddler, primary, elementary — each with their own visual language, age-appropriate photos, and the practical details parents ask about.

Photo galleries that load fast

Compressed, lazy-loaded galleries so even classrooms with 60+ photos open instantly on parents' phones.

Mobile-first navigation

Designed for the touch interactions parents actually use. Real menus, real tap targets, no desktop-first shrinkdown.

Staff & faculty pages

Bios, credentials, classroom assignments — structured so it's easy to add a new teacher or update a headshot mid-year.

Easy content updates

News, calendars, and announcements you can edit yourself — no developer required, no waiting on a contractor.

SEO foundations

Clean URLs, schema markup, location signals, and meta structure so parents searching "Montessori school near me" actually find you.

Managed hosting & support

Hosting, security, backups, and monthly content edits handled by us. You focus on the school, we keep the site healthy.

[ 04 / FAQ ]

Questions schools ask first.

How long does a Montessori school website redesign take?

Most school revamps launch in 2–4 weeks from the kick-off consultation. Larger multi-campus networks or sites with extensive program content can take 4–6 weeks. We move at the pace your school can review and respond — never at the pace of an unrealistic deadline.

Do you write the content, or do we have to provide it?

We work from your existing content — program descriptions, mission statement, staff bios, calendar entries — and rewrite, restructure, and lay it out so it actually converts. Schools that want fully ghost-written program copy can opt into that during the consultation.

Can we keep our current domain and email?

Yes. You keep your existing domain (yourschool.org or similar) and your existing email addresses. We connect the new website to your domain through your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Network Solutions — whoever you're using). Nothing about your school's identity changes.

Will we be able to update photos and news ourselves?

Yes. Photo galleries, calendar entries, and news posts are designed so the school's office staff can update them from a phone or laptop. We train you on how to do it before launch, and your monthly plan includes us doing the larger structural updates for you.

What about parent portals or enrollment software?

The website connects to whatever enrollment tools your school already uses — Brightwheel, Procare, FACTS, Transparent Classroom, or even just a Google Form. We don't replace your enrollment software, we make sure the website hands off cleanly to it.

How much does a Montessori school website cost?

Every school is different — campus count, program count, photo volume, and content complexity all matter. We share a clear, written estimate after the free initial consultation. There's no upfront design fee for the consultation itself.
