No. For Reforged Studio managed websites, your site must be rebuilt and hosted through our managed hosting system. This helps avoid common issues from website builders, plugin conflicts, bloated templates, and third-party platform limitations. You can still keep your existing domain — we simply connect it to the new Reforged Studio-hosted website.

Yes. You keep your existing domain. We help connect it to the new website through your domain provider, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or another registrar.

Yes. Your domain remains yours. We do not need to own your domain to host and manage your website.

Most revamps launch in 2–4 weeks, depending on the size of the site, the content, and how quickly feedback is provided. Larger or more complex projects may take longer.

Yes. For revamps, we usually start with your existing content and improve the layout, design, structure, and presentation. We can also help clean up wording when needed.

We can help with copy improvements and new content when requested. Larger content writing projects may be quoted separately.

Yes. Every website we build is designed to be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

We include SEO foundations such as proper page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, clean URLs where possible, mobile-friendly layout, and local-business-friendly content structure.

No. We do not guarantee rankings. SEO depends on many factors, including competition, content, backlinks, location, and search history. We focus on building a strong technical and content foundation.

If your website requires a backend, database, or custom integration, we can build and manage that as part of the project. If you later decide to move elsewhere, we can provide a transition plan for transferring the site, backend setup, and any related data. Depending on complexity, this may require a separate quote.

The monthly plan includes managed hosting, site maintenance, basic site monitoring, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO setup, support, and a set number of non-structural edits per month. Our managed hosting setup may also include fast global content delivery, SSL/HTTPS, caching, uptime-friendly infrastructure, and basic bot/security protections. All included services, limits, support expectations, edit rules, and hosting details will be clearly outlined in your agreement before the project begins.

Monthly edits usually include small updates like changing text, swapping images, updating hours, changing colors, adding announcements, or adjusting existing content.

Larger requests such as building a new custom feature, redesigning full sections, adding complex forms, creating a booking system, adding a database, or rebuilding major layouts may require a separate quote.

Our standard managed plan includes up to 5 non-structural edits per month. Unused edits do not roll over.

Payments are handled securely through an online payment processor. Setup fees are paid upfront, and monthly managed plans are billed automatically.

Yes. You can cancel your monthly service at any time. If you cancel after paying for the current billing period, hosting and included services will generally continue through the end of that paid period. Full cancellation details are outlined in our Terms of Service.

After cancellation, managed hosting and support end at the close of your paid billing period. You keep your domain. The website code, files, and hosted build are not automatically transferred — if you want those for use elsewhere, a separate code buyout package can be quoted.

Yes. You can ask questions anytime. We respond within our normal business response window, typically 1–2 business days.

Not 24/7 live support, but monthly plans do include emergency support for catastrophic issues that prevent the site from functioning — things like the site being down, broken navigation, or a critical page failing to load. Those get prioritized as quickly as we reasonably can. Non-emergency requests follow our standard 1–2 business day response window.

Yes. Managed clients receive access to a Reforged Studio client portal. Inside the portal, you can view project details, signed agreements, invoices, payment status, and submit website update requests in one organized place.

By default, the monthly managed plan includes the live website and service, not automatic ownership of the raw source code. If you want the code exported or transferred, we can provide that through a separate export package.

Export pricing depends on complexity. Simple static sites may have a modest export fee. Sites with databases, custom integrations, or backend services may require a larger transition package.
