Welcome to Reforged Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://reforgedstudio.com, and any services provided by Reforged Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, paying an invoice, subscribing to a monthly plan, or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services
Reforged Studio provides website design, website revamps, development, hosting setup, hosting, maintenance, support, and related digital services for businesses and organizations.
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, revisions, pricing, ownership terms, code buyout options, monthly plan details, and payment terms may be described in a separate quote, proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
2. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the website in a way that violates any law or regulation
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or damage the website
- Submit false, misleading, spam, abusive, or harmful information through our forms
- Copy, scrape, or misuse content from our website

Scope, Payments & Revisions
3. Quotes and Project Scope
Project pricing is determined on a per-project basis and may vary based on project scope, complexity, timeline, requested features, requested revisions, integrations, hosting needs, support needs, and ongoing service requirements.
Any quote or proposal we provide is based on the information available at the time. Quotes may change if the project scope, requested features, timeline, content needs, integrations, third-party requirements, or complexity changes.
A project is not considered active until both sides agree to the scope and any required payment has been received.
4. Payments
Payment terms are determined on a per-project basis and will be stated in the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, written agreement, or written communication.
Payments may be collected through payment links, invoices, or other approved payment methods. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors.
Reforged Studio does not directly store full payment card details.
If recurring payments are not received, Reforged Studio may pause support, suspend hosting, restrict service access, or stop providing ongoing services.
5. Refunds
Reforged Studio may offer a full refund, even after work has been completed, when we determine that issuing a refund is the best way to resolve a customer issue or avoid an unsatisfactory business relationship.
If a refund is issued, Reforged Studio retains ownership of the design, code, layouts, concepts, files, technical implementation, and work product unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunded work may be reused, modified, repurposed, retained, or showcased by Reforged Studio.
A refund does not transfer ownership of any code, design, files, source files, project materials, or deliverables to the client unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
6. Revisions and Scope Changes
Revision limits are determined on a per-project basis and will be stated in the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
Unless otherwise stated, revisions are limited to non-structural changes. Non-structural changes may include reasonable updates such as changing images, adjusting text, updating colors, swapping content, replacing links, or making minor layout refinements.
Structural changes are not included as standard revisions and may require a separate quote. Structural changes may include, but are not limited to:
- Adding new pages
- Building new major sections
- Adding major features
- Changing the overall site structure
- Creating new forms, portals, dashboards, or backend functionality
- Adding new integrations
- Changing the project direction after work has started
- Rebuilding approved work
- Redesigning large portions of the site after approval
For example, if Reforged Studio builds the agreed website structure, changing images, text, colors, or minor placement may be considered a revision. Adding a new major section, new page, new feature, or substantially different layout may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
7. Included Fixes
If Reforged Studio promises a specific function, feature, or standard as part of the agreed scope, we will fix issues related to that promised work at no additional cost.
For example, if the agreed scope states that the website will be mobile responsive and a mobile responsiveness issue is discovered, Reforged Studio will fix that issue without counting it as a revision.
Included fixes apply only to work that was promised in the agreed scope. They do not include new requests, new features, design preferences, optional improvements, third-party changes, or work outside the original scope.
Working Together
8. Client Responsibilities
To complete a project, clients may need to provide accurate and timely information, including content, logos, images, business details, domain access, hosting access, third-party account access, brand preferences, feedback, approvals, and other requested materials.
Clients are responsible for making sure that information they provide is accurate, complete, and legally allowed to be used.
Delays in providing required materials, approvals, access, or feedback may delay project timelines.
9. Client-Provided Content and Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, trademarks, videos, fonts, documents, links, business information, testimonials, reviews, pricing, service descriptions, or other materials they provide are accurate and legally allowed to be used.
Clients represent that they own or have permission to use any materials they provide to Reforged Studio.
Reforged Studio is not responsible for claims, disputes, copyright issues, trademark issues, licensing issues, inaccurate information, or legal problems arising from client-provided materials.
10. Legal, Regulated, and Business Content
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all website content before launch, including legal statements, privacy policies, terms, disclaimers, pricing, service descriptions, licensing statements, testimonials, reviews, medical claims, financial claims, legal claims, and any other regulated or business-sensitive information.
Reforged Studio may help organize, design, or present website content, but we do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their website content complies with applicable laws, regulations, industry rules, licensing requirements, and professional obligations.
Reforged Studio is not responsible for legal, regulatory, financial, medical, licensing, advertising, or compliance issues arising from client-provided content, client-approved content, or the client’s business operations.
11. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is agreed to in writing.
Timelines may change based on project scope, client feedback, revision requests, content delivery, approvals, required access, third-party services, payment status, and other factors outside Reforged Studio’s control.
Reforged Studio is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, missing content, delayed approvals, unavailable access, scope changes, third-party providers, domain issues, hosting issues, payment delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Client Delays and Non-Response
If a client does not provide requested content, feedback, approvals, access, or information, project timelines may be delayed.
Client non-response does not automatically cancel monthly services as long as required payments continue to be made. If the client is subscribed to an active monthly plan and payments are current, Reforged Studio may continue providing hosting and included services according to the applicable plan.
However, Reforged Studio is not responsible for missed deadlines, delayed launches, incomplete work, postponed revisions, or postponed updates caused by delayed client responses, missing content, unavailable access, or delayed approvals.
If a project becomes inactive because the client does not respond or provide needed materials, Reforged Studio may resume work when the client responds, subject to scheduling availability.
Monthly Plans & Support
13. Monthly Plans and Ongoing Support
Monthly plans may include hosting, hosting-related benefits, basic support, emergency support for catastrophic website issues, and a project-specific revision or update allowance as stated in the applicable quote, proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
Monthly plans also include the ability to ask unlimited questions related to the website or service, with a typical non-emergency response time of 1–2 business days.
Unlimited questions do not mean unlimited labor, development, redesigns, revisions, updates, non-emergency support, or new work. Work requests beyond the included plan allowance may require a separate quote.
Monthly plans do not include major redesigns, new pages, structural changes, new features, custom integrations, admin portals, dashboards, SEO campaigns, advertising management, or other expanded services unless specifically included in writing.
14. Emergency Support
Monthly plans include emergency support for catastrophic website issues that significantly prevent the website from functioning.
Examples of emergency issues may include:
- The website is inaccessible due to an issue within Reforged Studio’s control
- Core page navigation is broken
- A major form or contact function stops working
- A critical page is not loading due to a fixable website issue
- A site-breaking bug appears after an update made by Reforged Studio
Emergency support does not include general edits, new requests, design preferences, content updates, new features, non-urgent revisions, third-party service outages, domain registrar issues, internet outages, or problems caused by platforms or providers outside Reforged Studio’s control.
If an emergency issue is caused by a third-party provider, such as a hosting provider, email provider, payment processor, domain registrar, browser issue, or internet service outage, Reforged Studio will make reasonable efforts to investigate or advise, but cannot guarantee resolution of issues outside our control.
Emergency support is handled as reasonably quickly as possible, but same-day resolution is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
15. Cancellation of Monthly Services
Clients may cancel monthly services at any time.
If a client cancels after paying for the current billing period, hosting and included monthly services will generally continue through the end of the paid billing period.
For example, if a client pays for service on April 3 and then cancels later in April, service may continue through the end of that paid monthly period.
Reforged Studio is not required to prorate or refund unused portions of a monthly billing period unless we choose to do so or unless otherwise required by law.
16. Nonpayment
If recurring payments are not received, Reforged Studio may pause support, suspend hosting, restrict service access, remove hosted content, or stop providing ongoing services.
Reforged Studio may provide notice before suspension when reasonable, but we reserve the right to suspend hosting or support for unpaid accounts.
Ownership & Code
17. Domain Ownership and Access
Clients are responsible for owning, maintaining, renewing, and managing their own domain name unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for maintaining access to their domain registrar, DNS provider, and related domain accounts.
Reforged Studio is not responsible for domain expiration, lost domain access, registrar issues, transfer delays, DNS issues caused by incorrect client-managed settings, or problems caused by third-party domain providers.
If domain access or DNS changes are needed for launch or support, the client is responsible for providing accurate and timely access or instructions.
18. Ownership of Website Code and Work Product
Clients own and are responsible for their domain name.
Unless a separate code buyout is purchased and paid in full, Reforged Studio retains ownership of the website code, files, layouts, structure, templates, components, systems, workflows, reusable design elements, development methods, technical implementation, source files, and hosted website build.
Under the standard hosted-service model, Reforged Studio builds and hosts the website for the client, but the client does not automatically receive ownership of the underlying code, files, source files, hosted build, project files, technical implementation, or reusable systems.
Reforged Studio reserves the right to reuse general layouts, design patterns, code structures, components, systems, techniques, and other non-confidential elements across projects.
19. Code Access and Buyout
Reforged Studio does not provide source code, project files, repositories, hosted builds, technical implementation files, or related materials unless a separate code buyout fee has been quoted and paid in full.
If a client wants to own the code or receive project files, a code buyout option may be available for a separately quoted fee.
After the agreed buyout fee is paid in full, ownership of the purchased code may transfer to the client as described in the buyout agreement.
If a client chooses to buy out the code, ongoing hosting, support, maintenance, revisions, updates, and monthly services are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
20. Cancellation Without Code Buyout
If a client cancels monthly hosting or support and does not purchase a code buyout, Reforged Studio may stop hosting the website after the paid billing period ends.
After cancellation, the client keeps their domain name, but they do not receive the website code, project files, hosted build, source files, technical implementation, or related materials unless a code buyout has been purchased.
Any code buyout must be quoted separately and paid in full before code, files, or project materials are released.
Third Parties & Project Use
21. Third-Party Services
Our website and client projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, domain registrars, analytics tools, security providers, plugins, APIs, or other software platforms.
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, data loss, errors, downtime, deliverability issues, account issues, or service issues caused by third-party providers.
Clients may be required to create, maintain, or pay for third-party accounts depending on the project.
22. Payments Through Third Parties
We may use payment links or other third-party payment providers for invoices, subscriptions, or payments.
Payment providers are responsible for processing payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Reforged Studio is not responsible for payment processing errors, declined transactions, third-party account issues, payment provider outages, or other issues caused by payment processors.
23. Portfolio Rights
Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, Reforged Studio may display completed work, screenshots, project descriptions, business names, logos, links, before-and-after examples, or case study information in our portfolio, website, marketing materials, social media, or case studies.
Clients may request that their project not be shown publicly.
24. Content Accuracy
Reforged Studio may help write, organize, improve, or present website content, but clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the accuracy of their website content before launch.
This includes business information, pricing, services, policies, disclaimers, legal statements, claims, testimonials, images, forms, links, contact details, and any other website content.
Disclaimers & Liability
25. No Guaranteed Results
Reforged Studio may help improve the appearance, usability, performance, structure, responsiveness, or search-friendliness of a website.
However, we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, customer outcomes, or advertising performance.
26. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and hosted client websites reasonably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Websites may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, internet issues, hosting issues, DNS issues, browser issues, security events, or other factors outside our control.
27. Refusal of Service and Prohibited Use
Reforged Studio reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate work or services for any project, client, website, content, or activity that we determine may create legal, security, reputational, operational, financial, or ethical risk for Reforged Studio.
Clients may not use our website or services for illegal activity or to publish, promote, support, or facilitate illegal content, unlawful conduct, fraud, scams, malware, phishing, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, or other harmful activity.
Reforged Studio may also refuse or discontinue services if a client’s conduct, content, requests, or business practices are abusive, deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, or likely to harm Reforged Studio, our service providers, users, or the public.
If services are suspended or terminated under this section, Reforged Studio may remove or disable hosted content and may decline future work with the client.
28. Confidentiality
If clients share non-public business information with us, we will use reasonable care to keep it confidential and use it only for the purpose of providing services.
Confidential information does not include information that is public, already known to us, independently developed, or legally required to be disclosed.
